Credits are the unit of measure for tasks in dGENIX. Every action , reading an email, writing a social post, generating a video clip , costs a certain number of credits. Your monthly credit budget depends on your plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is completely free, no credit card required. You get 1,000 credits per month and access to the AI Assistant via the dashboard.

How much does the Starter plan cost?

The Starter plan costs €23 per month (excluding VAT) and includes 100,000 credits, good for approximately 1,000 tasks per month. Included: AI Assistant via dashboard, Video Clipper and voice chat.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. Credit packs are available as one-time purchases: S (25,000 cr, €9), M (60,000 cr, €20) and L (150,000 cr, €45).

What is the benefit of paying annually?

With annual billing you receive a 20% discount , equivalent to 2 free months per year.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
