General
What is dGENIX?
dGENIX gives you your own AI assistant, GENI, that takes real work off your plate. You connect your own tools, activate skills and GENI runs entire tasks on its own: handling email, creating content, measuring your growth. All on one dashboard, no installation needed.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You set GENI up in plain language and give instructions like you would ask a colleague. Setup takes about 5 minutes, then it runs for you.
How do I get started?
Sign up, pick a plan (or start free), give GENI a name and working style, and connect your first tools via Connectors. Then activate the skills that do your work.
Does dGENIX work with my own tools?
Yes. You connect your own accounts (Google, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn and more) via a secure OAuth connection. GENI works on your account, we never run on a shared key. See all connections on the Integrations page.
Skills & Engines
What is a skill?
A skill is a building block that gives GENI a capability, like managing your email or scheduling social posts. You activate them in one click and stack them into a process that runs itself. New ones are added every month.
What are the Growth Engines?
The 5 Growth Engines are the heaviest tools: SEO Engine (rank higher on Google), GEO Engine (get cited by AI), Authority Engine (write and publish content), Reputation Engine (earn more reviews) and AI Content Engine (viral clips). GENI runs them through chat and schedules them via Automations.
Can I combine skills?
Yes, that is where the power is. Gmail + Calendar + Research becomes an assistant that reads your inbox, schedules follow-ups and adds research. GENI links the steps and runs them in order.
A skill I need is missing. What now?
Request it via the contact page. dGENIX builds new skills and adds them to the marketplace, so everyone can activate them.
Credits & pricing
How do credits work?
Every task GENI runs costs credits, depending on how heavy the work is. Your plan includes a monthly bundle; a simple chat costs little, a full site audit more. You can always see your usage on the dashboard.
What if I run out of credits?
You buy an extra credit pack (from S to XXL) or move to a higher plan. You lose nothing, you simply top up.
Which plans are there?
Free (explore for free), Starter, Growth, Pro and Business, plus Custom for teams and white label. Paying yearly gives a 20% discount. All rates and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. No contracts, no hidden costs, cancel any time.
Privacy & security
What happens to my data?
Your data stays yours. Connections run through your own account and you decide what GENI may do. You can read exactly how we handle data in the privacy policy.
How safe are my connections?
Your tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and GENI only uses the permissions you grant. You can revoke a connection at any time from the dashboard.
Is dGENIX GDPR-compliant?
Yes. dGENIX is built with GDPR in mind: you keep control of your data, connections are opt-in and email campaigns carry a mandatory unsubscribe link.
Voice, Telegram & memory
Does GENI remember what I said before?
Yes. GENI has real memory: it remembers your facts, preferences, goals and instructions, so you do not have to repeat yourself. You manage that memory yourself on the Memory page.
Can I talk to GENI?
Yes. With Voice chat you talk hands-free to GENI in a realistic voice, in Dutch or English. Handy while you do something else.
Do I have to use Telegram?
No. dGENIX is dashboard-first. Telegram is a free, optional add-on: activate it and you can send GENI an instruction on the go, fully synced with your dashboard.
Does dGENIX work in Dutch and English?
Yes, fully bilingual. The platform and GENI mirror the language you use.
