What is dGENIX? dGENIX gives you a personal AI assistant with a modular skills marketplace. You set it up and send commands from the dashboard at app.dgenix.com. It manages your inbox, your calendar, finds leads and writes content, while you focus on what really matters.
Do I need technical knowledge? No. Setup takes about 5 minutes on average. No installation, no code.
Can I give my assistant a name? Yes. During the intake you give GENI a name and a working style. It uses that name to introduce itself and it is visible in your dashboard. You can change it later via Dashboard -> Settings.
Which devices does dGENIX work on? The dashboard (app.dgenix.com) works in any browser. With the free Telegram add-on your assistant is also reachable via Telegram on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and in the browser.
Who built dGENIX? dGENIX is developed by dGEN Productions (Mike Beerens) and Ro-tech Development (Bart van Rooij).
What can my assistant do?
Which tasks can it run? GENI can process email (Gmail), schedule appointments (Google Calendar), manage spreadsheets (Google Sheets), fetch and create files (Google Drive), write social posts (Social Media Manager), plan your day (Daily Planner) and run recurring tasks, all from the dashboard.
Does it remember what I did before? Yes. GENI has memory within a conversation, and via Settings -> Memory you store long-term context it always uses.
What are scheduled tasks? Via Dashboard -> Tasks you set up recurring commands on a fixed schedule (daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly). GENI runs them automatically. Available on Growth (5 tasks) and Pro (15 tasks).
Does my assistant send emails too? It prepares draft replies. You confirm them before they are sent. GENI never sends emails on its own without your approval.
Integrations
Which tools can I connect? The full Google suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Tasks, Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile), plus Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Stripe, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Airtable, Typeform and Calendly. Microsoft 365 and Canva are coming soon. You connect with one click via Dashboard -> Connectors.
How does the Google connection work? You log in with Google, grant permission and the connection is active. dGENIX stores no passwords. The connection runs via a secure own OAuth integration.
Can I use my own Telegram bot? Yes, with the Own Telegram Bot, included from the Pro plan. Your own bot has your own name and profile picture. You activate it via Dashboard -> Skills.
Skills
What are skills? Skills are modular capabilities you add to GENI via the Skills Marketplace. Personal skills (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Daily Planner) are in Starter+. Business skills (Social Media Manager, AI Image Generation, SEO Engine and more) are included from Growth+; the heaviest engines from Pro+. You pay per action in credits, not per skill per month.
How do I activate a skill? Go to Dashboard -> Skills and click "Activate" on the skill you want. Skills included in your plan activate for free with one click.
Can I deactivate a skill? Yes. Go to Dashboard -> Skills and click "Remove". The skill stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Credits & usage
What are credits? Credits are the unit of account in dGENIX. Every task GENI runs uses credits. An average command costs about 100 credits. You see your usage in real time under Dashboard -> Account -> Usage.
How many credits do I need? Guideline: a short chat costs ~20 credits, scheduling an appointment ~10, summarising an inbox ~5-15. The Starter plan (75,000 credits, ~750 tasks/month) is enough for light use; Growth (175,000) and Pro (350,000) for daily and intensive use.
Do credits roll over to next month? Monthly credits expire at the end of your billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
What happens when my credits run out? GENI stops running new tasks and you get a notification. You can buy more credits or wait for your renewal.
Billing & subscription
How do I pay? Via Stripe. Credit or debit card. Monthly or yearly (−20% discount).
Can I cancel any time? Yes. Go to Dashboard -> Account -> Subscription -> "Manage subscription". You keep access until the end of the current period.
Are payments refunded on cancellation? No. You keep access until the end of your paid period, but amounts paid are not refunded.
Can I switch plans? Yes. Upgrade and downgrade any time via Dashboard -> Account -> Subscription. Changes take effect at your next renewal date.
Are there setup fees? No. No setup costs, no contracts.
Privacy & security
Who has access to my emails? Only your AI assistant reads your emails, to run the tasks you ask for. dGENIX does not use your email content for anything else.
How long is my data kept? Account data is kept 30 days after deletion. Invoice data 7 years (legally required). Logs up to 90 days. See the privacy policy.
Is dGENIX GDPR-compliant? Yes. dGENIX is governed by Dutch law. See dgenix.com/privacy for the full policy.
Problems & support
My assistant is not responding. Check your credit balance via Dashboard -> Account -> Usage. Using the Telegram add-on? Also check that the connection is active via Dashboard -> Skills.
