dGENIX runs on credits. Every task GENI, your AI assistant, performs uses credits. So you only pay for what you actually use.
What are credits?
Credits are the unit of account in dGENIX. They are used when GENI:
- Uses an AI language model to think, write or summarise
- Fetches and processes data (leads, emails, research results)
- Runs a skill (for example reading Gmail, generating an image, running an SEO audit)
An average task costs about 100 credits. A short chat costs less, a heavy action (a full site audit, an AI video with clips) more. You pay in proportion to the work.

Your credits are topped up automatically each month on your billing date. Unused credits expire at the end of the period, they do not carry over.

A skill's exact cost is always shown on the button in the dashboard before you start. If a paid action fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
What if I run out of credits?
If your balance gets too low, GENI stops running new paid tasks and you get a notification. You can then:
- Buy more , a one-time credit pack (S to XXL)
- Wait for renewal , credits top up on your billing date
- Upgrade , to a plan with more credits per month
As soon as your balance is sufficient again, GENI continues automatically.
Where do I see my credit balance?
- Dashboard -> Home , current balance, percentage used and your renewal date, at the top of the stat row.
- Dashboard -> Account -> Usage , a detailed overview of every transaction: which actions used how many credits, per day and per feature.
